Export from the old app
Download clients and open invoices as CSV or PDF if the app offers it. You will re-enter clients here — a full address is required so sales tax can use their ZIP.

Create an EZ Invoice account
Confirm your email. The plan is $15 / month or $149 / year. Nothing is gated. Privacy and terms are on the site before you pay.

Add companies, then clients
Each business gets a color tab. Add the clients you still bill. Link any extra email you sign in with, and pick which address prints on that company’s invoices.

Send the next invoice from here
Do not try to recreate last year on day one. Send the next live invoice. Turn on Stripe, Square, or PayPal if clients pay by card.

Optional: QuickBooks or Xero
If that company already has QuickBooks Online or Xero, open Settings → Accounting, Sign in, and push. If they do not have books software, skip this. We do not sell you a QuickBooks subscription.

What we will not do
- We will not import a year of closed invoices for you on day one.
- We will not claim a native iPhone or Android app. The site works in a phone browser.
- We will not pull QuickBooks back into EZ Invoice. Push only.
