Other invoicing apps do the document and the payment, like us. Here’s what makes ours different.
Color company tabs
Several businesses, one login. Each tab has its own invoices, settings, and color. Stripe, Square, PayPal, and Drive / OneDrive / Box stay hooked to that tab when you switch companies.
Linked emails
Confirm more than one address. Same password. Sign in with a personal or company address. Each tab picks which email prints on invoices and which calendar gets its jobs.
When to leave
Need to be there at 9? We use typical traffic for that hour and tell you when to walk out. Heading out now? Live traffic sets when you’ll arrive, and we put that time on the job. Google, Outlook, and Apple get the appointment — not the drive.
Nexus and ZIP tax
Tax only where you have nexus — physical (office, warehouse, people) or economic ($100k or 200 invoices). The rate is the client’s city and county from their ZIP, not a flat state number.
Cloud destinations
Send the PDF or export to the Drive, OneDrive, or Box folder you connected. No download-and-reupload.
The invoicing you expect
The same toolkit as the apps next to us
Invoices, estimates, card pay, expenses, recurring work, reports, and a push to QuickBooks or Xero — on every plan.
Invoices & estimates
Write it, send it, keep a folder per client. Estimates convert when the job is a go.
Get paid
Clients pay by card through Stripe, Square, or PayPal. You see Paid, and you can refund from the app.
Recurring invoices
Weekly through yearly. The next copy is a draft until you send it.
Expenses & Smart Upload
Photograph a receipt. We read merchant, date, lines, and tax so you can review and save.
Reports
Paid, unpaid, and balance reports for each company — on every plan, not a higher tier.
QuickBooks & Xero
One-way push of invoices, payments, and expenses. Their books stay the ledger.
How it works
1
Create an account
Confirm your email. Link any other addresses you sign in with. Then start the one plan — every feature is on.
2
Add companies and clients
Each company gets a color tab. Clients need a full address so tax can follow their ZIP and your nexus.
3
Send, collect, file
Email the invoice, take card payment, push to QuickBooks or Xero, and drop the PDF in Drive, OneDrive, or Box.
One plan. Everything on.
No tiers. Nothing is gated. Every account gets the full product. Pay $15 / month or $149 / year (two months free). When a client pays an invoice, Stripe, Square, or PayPal keep their own card fees — we do not take a cut.
